All major credit/debit cards, Paypal, and ETSY gift cards are accepted as payment in direct checkout. Please contact me if you wish to pay by check. We are unable to offer Raven Beads and Designs gift cards at this time.

Sales Tax is collected on all New York orders, you will see this at checkout.

Cancellation policy: I mail my items next day, if a buyer cancels their order after it is mailed they will be responsible for paying return shipping to get the item back to me. Once the order is received on my end, you will be refunded the cost of the item, NOT the cost to ship.

Shipping from United States

All items will by shipped First Class with USPS Tracking. Items are shipped next day unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping upgrades are available for an additional charge.

If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, I will send you a message asking for a correction. If I get no response by the expected ship date I will cancel the order and refund you completely. Please get back to me ASAP if you've made a mistake to keep shipping turn around time fast.

International packages are shipped as "letters" whenever possible to keep shipping costs and custom fees as low as possible. Large orders may be split up, tracking numbers will be provided for multiple packages if this happens.

International customers: please be aware that your country may charge custom fees, we cannot estimate these fees and you are responsible to pay them. Please contact your post office if you are unsure if you will be charged. Your post office will hold your package for 3 weeks and if you do not pay it will be sent back to me, if this happens, I will refund your order.

I insure all domestic orders over $50. If you wish to purchase insurance on your order, please contact me BEFORE ORDERING and I will make a listing for you.

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Returns are NOT accepted on CUSTOM orders.

If the item has tracking and says it was delivered at the buyer's correct address, and the buyer claims to have not received the item, before replacement or refund is issued the buyer must fill out a USPS theft form and call their local post office, I may open a USPS case as well.

If an item is suspected to have been lost in the mail, I will process refunds one month after it was shipped, for international orders, delivery can take up to one month, therefore I will process refunds after 2 months. International orders over $50 USD are nonrefundable if lost in the mail, please be aware of this.

Damaged items: if an item arrives damaged or breaks within 2 weeks of delivery I will issue a full refund or send another to you (whenever possible) provided a photo of the item is sent to me.

If your item breaks, regardless of when you purchased it, you may send it to me, please contact me for the address, and I will gladly fix it and send it back to you, free of charge.
